Recipe for 1.5 l smoothie. This is the volume of my blender.
Ingredients:
1 apple, cut into pieces,
1-2 kiwi, peeled and cut into pieces,
2 medium bananas, cut into pieces,
a handful of fresh spinach leaves,
a few mint leaves,
1 orange.
Fill up with rice milk and mix in a blender.
Directions
Combine ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
