Ingredients
2 large kale leaves
1 large apple, cored (no need to peel unless you want to).
1 orange,
1 kiwi,
2 bananas.
optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds
rice milk or water
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Pulse your blender until all the ingredients are mixed together.
Serve immediately.
